curiously unchanged

Not even the event
of a star-birth 
made an impression

I simply went
to see colours
that were overrated 

So now I sit
on my tiny portion
wondering whether

I really needed
a rating system
to gauge the infinite 

So perhaps something
has changed
or perhaps not
