in the kitchen
as the rest of us
sleep and dream
gurgle and spit up
buzzcut scaly skin
every appliance
humming and set
betraying a
timid compliance
Transform the voltage
pull the plug
on this tired machine
dint in a tin cup
cut open the can
carry the Man
back to his room
